Introduction
These terms describe how ARQ is provided to KBB showrooms, interior professionals, and other design teams using the public website, Windows desktop app, hosted account app, render queue, review boards, shared library, billing, and support services.
Using ARQ
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, inviting the right users, and making sure your team uses ARQ only for lawful business purposes. Tenant owners and admins control who can access their workspace.
Plans, Limits, and Billing
A 14-day free trial may include a one-time render allowance agreed before it begins. A modern self-serve workspace claim starts without an active 14-day free trial clock: the first-run choice is Free, Starter, Studio, Showroom, or Pro; choose Free to start the 10-render-credit plus one Cinematic Reveal, 14-day evaluation. Starter, Studio, Showroom, and Pro are paid choices through Stripe Checkout, and paid access is available only after ARQ receives and reconciles the relevant Stripe webhook to a usable subscription period. An open Checkout session can be abandoned before another plan is chosen. Operator-created and legacy 14-day free trial arrangements retain the timing agreed or described for that arrangement. Change plan when your usual capacity changes; larger rollouts may use custom commercial terms.
Customer Content
You keep ownership of the design exports, generated renders, comments, approvals, and other materials uploaded to or created in your ARQ workspace. You give ARQ permission to process that content to provide the service, including rendering, quality control, storage, review, support, and security workflows.
AI Outputs
ARQ uses AI providers to produce client-ready visual options and automatic QA notes. ARQ can flag possible design drift but does not guarantee perfect accuracy. A person should make the final approval decision before an output is shared or relied on for client decisions.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use ARQ to process unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, spend controls, security controls, or provider policies.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
Availability and Changes
We aim to keep ARQ reliable and useful, but we may change features, providers, routing, limits, or pricing as the product evolves. We will try to give reasonable notice for material customer-facing changes.
Cancellation
Self-serve subscriptions can be managed through the billing portal when billing is enabled for the tenant. Sales-led plans may have contract-specific cancellation, renewal, and support terms.
Liability
ARQ is provided for commercial render workflow assistance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ARQ is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
