Introduction
ARQ provides post-design render production software for KBB showrooms and interior professionals. This notice explains the personal data and workspace data we process through the ARQ website, Windows desktop app, hosted account app, billing flows, and support channels.
Information We Collect
- Account and tenant details, such as name, email address, company name, role, invitation status, and sign-in identifiers.
- Billing and subscription details, such as plan, invoice status, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, and payment-method summary data.
- Render workflow data, such as uploaded design exports, generated renders, QA notes, comments, approvals, version history, room names, and usage totals.
- Pilot enquiry details, such as contact name, work email, business name and type, design software, workflow goals, how you first heard about ARQ, and any optional phone number, team size, or message you provide.
- Campaign attribution associated with a pilot enquiry, such as the source page, UTM parameters, and a Meta click identifier where present.
- Technical and support data, such as device details, app version, logs, error reports, support messages, and security events. For pilot-form abuse prevention, the server briefly processes the request IP address and stores only a keyed, non-reversible rate-limit bucket rather than the raw address.
How We Use Information
- To provide the ARQ desktop app, render queue, review boards, shared library, billing, and account administration.
- To enforce plan limits, usage allowances, spend caps, and provider policy.
- To process support requests, diagnose problems, improve reliability, and protect the service from misuse.
- To respond to pilot enquiries, prepare a secure ARQ workspace, send and reconcile account invitations, measure onboarding progress, and plan an appropriate evaluation with the person who submitted the request.
- To send service notices, billing messages, security notices, and important product updates.
- To send optional product and marketing updates only where you have separately chosen to receive them.
Service Providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, email, AI model processing, monitoring, scheduling, and support. These providers only receive the information needed to deliver their part of the service.
If you choose a guided pilot setup, ARQ pre-fills Calendly with the contact name and work email already submitted in the pilot form. Calendly and the connected Google Calendar then process those details, your chosen appointment time, and the resulting meeting invitation so the call can be scheduled without asking you to enter the same information again.
Render Content
Your design exports, generated renders, comments, and approvals belong to your workspace. ARQ uses that content to run the requested render, quality-control, storage, review, and support workflows.
Retention
We keep account, billing, support, pilot-lifecycle, and audit records for as long as needed to provide the service, understand whether an evaluation reached useful product milestones, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Unaccepted or abandoned pilot access may be closed and its workspace removed under ARQ's operational retention process. Render and review retention depends on the plan and any tenant-specific settings. Pilot-form rate-limit buckets have a short abuse-prevention expiry and expired buckets are removed during subsequent rate-limit processing.
Your Choices
