Information We Collect
- Account and tenant details, such as name, email address, company name, role, invitation status, and sign-in identifiers.
- Billing and subscription details, such as plan, invoice status, Stripe customer or subscription identifiers, and payment-method summary data.
- Render workflow data, such as uploaded design exports, generated renders, QA notes, comments, approvals, version history, room names, and usage totals.
- Technical and support data, such as device details, app version, logs, error reports, support messages, and security events.
How We Use Information
- To provide the ARQ desktop app, render queue, review boards, shared library, billing, and account administration.
- To enforce plan limits, usage allowances, spend caps, and provider policy.
- To process support requests, diagnose problems, improve reliability, and protect the service from misuse.
- To send service notices, billing messages, security notices, and important product updates.
Service Providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, email, AI model processing, monitoring, and support. These providers only receive the information needed to deliver their part of the service.
Render Content
Your design exports, generated renders, comments, and approvals belong to your workspace. ARQ uses that content to run the requested render, quality-control, storage, review, and support workflows.
Retention
We keep account, billing, support, and audit records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Render and review retention depends on the plan and any tenant-specific settings.
Your Choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal data by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained for billing, legal, audit, or security reasons.
Cookies and Analytics
The public website works with essential browser storage. If optional analytics are enabled, ARQ asks for analytics consent before loading non-essential tracking.
With consent, ARQ may use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand website visits, scroll depth, heatmaps, session behaviour, clicks, and download interest. We use this to improve the website and understand whether outreach is working. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies, and may process technical usage data such as page URL, device/browser details, interactions, and approximate location.
You can decline analytics and continue to use the website. You can also reopen analytics choices from the website footer. For more information about Microsoft's processing, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
